Lucy Diakovska, the beloved No Angels singer, has gone public with her new relationship! In a heartfelt Instagram video, she confirmed her romance with guitarist Yasi Hofer, known for performing with Helene Fischer. The 2-minute reel shows intimate moments between the couple, with Lucy calling Yasi her “favourite person”.
In the middle of autumn, she’s feeling spring fever: Lucy Diakovska is in love again! The No Angels singer has now made this public on Instagram. With a sweet video, she congratulated her new girlfriend on her birthday and officially introduced her as her partner.
The link shows: The new woman at Lucy’s side is Yasi Hofer from Ulm – and the guitarist is no longer a stranger in the music industry!
It’s 2 minutes and 45 seconds that clearly show Lucy Diakovska is head over heels in love. The reel is a compilation of numerous photos and videos of the two women and leaves no doubt about their happiness.
Lucy writes to her “favourite person”: “Today I want to tell my world about you. I’m writing today as a woman who increasingly understands, lives, and, above all, feels the meaning of happiness and love. Because, to use Helene’s words, you came into my life LIKE A FLASH…unexpected, honest, significant…”
From zero to 100, her personality devoured her. Lucy describes Yasi as “precious, gentle, grateful, selfless, compassionate, confident.” “Being your fan, being able to admire you, and being a part of your world is my greatest privilege.”
She ends her public letter to her new love with the words: “Please never stop pursuing your dreams, let me continue to be a part of them. DON’T LET GO. I have so much love for you. Thank you for protecting them so wonderfully.”
Lucy’s reference to Helene Fischer’s song “Blitz” is no coincidence: Yasi Hofer is part of the singer’s live band and has toured with her several times. Since 2022, she has regularly performed with the pop queen. She also plays guitar for No Angels.

Exactly how and when their relationship began is currently unknown. However, an interview from February 2025 with the city magazine “acht.neun” reveals that Yasi apparently always found Lucy impressive.
When asked which famous person she had a little fan moment with, the guitarist replied, “But meeting Robbie Williams and Lucy from No Angels was also a big deal.”
The guitar queen has long since made a name for herself in the German music scene. She was discovered at the age of 14 at a concert in the Ulmer Zelt (Ulm Tent): American guitarist Steve Vai brought Yasi on stage for a song.
At 15, she began studying music in Stuttgart, continuing after three semesters at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. There, she worked on her first album. The 33-year-old has now released four studio albums of her own.
In 2016, she toured as a guitarist with the band Voxxclub. Since then, she has performed on stage with Helene Fischer, Robbie Williams, and No Angels, among others.
