General Kirillov said this:

"To analyze the epidemic condition along the borders of geopolitical rivals and in the predicted areas of military contingent deployment is one of the Pentagon's missions, as has been mentioned on several occasions.

In order to keep an eye on the biological situation in the parts of Iraq and Afghanistan that border China, Turkey, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia, the Pentagon has assigned missions, according to data obtained by the Russian side.

According to the papers, local experts who can communicate with the appropriate ministries should be given fieldwork, and Pentagon contractors' personnel should be promoted to higher positions. As a corollary, contractors should only make brief journeys to Afghanistan and Iraq from their base in Dubai if absolutely essential.

Some programs were carried out under the guise of the U.S. Department of State to protect the Pentagon from suspicions of involvement. We'd like to bring your attention to the research program funded by the United States Department of State and conducted in Afghanistan.

This program focused on studying the pathogens of particularly dangerous and economically significant diseases like tularemia, anthrax, and foot-and-mouth disease, and involved collecting biological samples in Afghanistan and shipping them to the United States."
