Ingrediets:


- Tilapia fish: 2 kg
- Green coriander: 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Lemon juice: 1/4 cup
- Cumin: half a teaspoon
- Garlic: 5 cloves (minced)
- Green pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- Salt: pinch
- Pepper Black: a splash
- vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons


How To Prepare


After washing the fish, brush it with salt, flour, and vinegar.

Combine the green coriander, lime juice, cumin, garlic, green pepper, black pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl.

Put half of the seasoning into the fish, then apply the remaining spice on the exterior and thoroughly mix it in.

Brush the exterior of the fish with a thin coating of vegetable oil after dipping a brush in it.

Wrap the fish in tin foil, seal it securely, and lay it on an oven tray.

Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius.

Place the tray in the oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until it is ripe, and then serve it hot.
