Angèle (27) appeared on France 2’s ‘Les rencontres du papotin’ on Saturday. She was as open about her sexuality in it.

People with autism are given the opportunity to ask a well-known celebrity a question on the show. Angèle, a Belgian singer, was a guest last Saturday. One of the interviewers inquired whether she was bisexual and whether she had a boyfriend or girlfriend. “I’ve learned to keep that last secret,” the Balance ton quoi singer answered. “But, yes, I am bisexual.” I’d even say I’m pansexual. I can fall in love with a boy, a female, or someone who is non-binary or transgender. It feels the same to me to be in love and have butterflies in my tummy. “Whether it’s with a girl or a boy.”
She also stated that understanding your sexuality might take years. “It took me 23 years to admit to myself that I was in love with a girl.” It was evident for the first time. I didn’t feel like keeping it a secret at that time. I didn’t want to think about my feelings for a girl when I was a youngster. I received the sensation that it was out of the ordinary. That’s what everyone assumed.”
Angèle will perform in our nation on May 28. She is a headliner at the CORE event in Brussels.
