Frank Verstraeten, the flamboyant proprietor of Antwerp's famed nightclub Zillion in the 1990s, has some excellent news for all partygoers. A mobile Zillion pop-up club will be present at big events.

The popular film 'Zillion,' which depicts the tale of the growth and destruction of the renowned Antwerp discotheque of the same name, was a huge hit. As a consequence, actual Zillion parties were totally sold out in no time, and two more are scheduled for May. Obviously, individuals are nostalgic for the good old days, while others are simply interested about the buzz around the dancing temple and want to be a part of it.

Frank seizes the moment and has great ideas for the Zillion concept. He appeared on 'De Tafel van Vier' last night and introduced his new project. Gert Verhulst is said to have inspired him. A mobile Zillion pop-up club will be set up. 'That's an old fantasy I've had in my brain for twenty-five years but couldn't realise,' Frank explains.

'Zillion 3.0 is a mobile discotheque built of steel that moves about with a maximum of ninety trailers, not a discotheque in a structure constructed of concrete and bricks', Frank says. 'We have already begun building that movable club with a capacity of 7,000 people that we can create in 48 hours in a neighbourhood where people may gather.'

Any dates or places have yet to be announced. The mobile Zillion will undoubtedly attend events such as festivals and the Formula One race in Spa. Frank hopes to attend the inaugural event in less than a year. We are surely intrigued!
