Lavinia Abate, 18 years old, from Rome, is the new Miss Italy 2022 edition. The queen, who arrived with the title of Miss Lazio, vanquished the other twenty 'rivals' and was crowned on the stage of the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Rome, which held the final evening given by journalist Salvo Sottile, by patron Patrizia Mirigliani and jury president Massimo Boldi.
Lavinia Abate, a senior in high school, has been dancing for 12 years, studying composition, and likes to sing and write music. "Modest, sympathetic, and transparent," she defines herself. Her great joy at her victory erases the five years she was forced to wear a back brace, which made her teenage years difficult but it didn't affect the beauty of her physique.
