Antalyaspor got out to a quick start, as Veysel Sar's fifth-minute goal gave them a 1-0 lead. In the 62nd minute, Doukan Sinik doubled the lead for the away side, making the score 2-0 at halftime.
Giresunspor's Muhammed Gümüşkaya scored a penalty kick 5 minutes after Antalyaspor's second goal to cut the lead to one.
