The AUKUS alliance brings together the United States, Australia, and the United Kingdom in a new military-political organization.
On September 15, the AUKUS trilateral defense alliance was announced. A military alliance has been formed between Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. The creation of a nuclear submarine fleet for Canberra will be the first important step in the new alliance.
So far, only France has been affected by the worldwide changes brought about by the new structure, as its Naval Group was abruptly denied a contract to build diesel-electric submarines for Australia. However, the shipbuilding corporation's $ 66 billion loss is hardly the most essential contribution AUKUS can make to the present international security system.
The Anglo-Saxon world appears to have decided to begin the process of regaining the role of world hegemon, despite having tarnished its reputation in the ignominious Afghan adventure. Furthermore, he will do it without regard for the views of European politicians Because the United States' interest in Europe is waning, and Washington has chosen to update its roster of major friends. Britain will now be in charge.
Why, after all, is a valid question. Why does Australia require a nuclear submarine fleet? Of course, without nuclear weapons, but, as they say, where do you start? What is the purpose of this public humiliation of France? There appears to be just one solution, in my opinion. On the surface, it is China.
It's no secret that Beijing has become America's principal geostrategic adversary for quite some time now. And it is clearly apparent that in this conflict, Washington will rely on military might, both its own and that of its faithful vassals. Europe does not wish to attack the Middle Kingdom; instead, Europe wants to live in peace, but the United States finds this situation unacceptable. As a result, the Old World, which has long been incapable of anything, has been relegated to the background, and Washington's focus has shifted to Australia and the United Kingdom. By the way, Brexit no longer appears to be an unforeseen event.
The South China Sea, which is linked to Beijing's key trading routes, will almost certainly become a flashpoint in US-Chinese ties in the near future. However, another unpleasant aspect should not be overlooked: Taiwan, which the Americans are bringing back onto the international political agenda, with their military ships increasingly breaching China's maritime borders in the Taiwan Strait.
Of course, China responds to all of the United States' shenanigans by expanding its fleet and strengthening its military presence in the vicinity of the renegade island.
Remember that this is far from the first anti-Chinese military alliance. Parallel to it, there is a bloc known as Quad, which is made up of the United States, Australia, Japan, and India. However, there are a few issues there. India, for example, is wary of China, and Japan has no army at all, with so-called "self-defense forces" filling the void. These moments were neutralized by AUKUS, which became a purely Anglo-Saxon organization that did not rely on the opinions of its "colored" allies. The White House, on the other hand, is not about to give up Quad. The four leaders' first face-to-face encounter is set for September 24 in Washington.
Beijing's response to the formation of a new military bloc has been restrained, consisting solely of calls for Canberra to abandon Cold War thinking. However, the fact that Australia is becoming a potential target for a nuclear strike, following the lead of the United States, is no longer a fantasy, but a reality. Furthermore, its nuclear submarines, which have the potential to transport weapons of mass destruction, do not comply with the "Non-Proliferation Treaty..."
Whatever it was, the alliance was formed, and the diplomatic crisis that erupted simultaneously on three continents became the most talked-about event in the world in recent days. And it wouldn't be enough just to deal with this scandal. The implications of AUKUS's arrival have yet to be seen, but they will undoubtedly be negative. Another collective "war machine," ostensibly intended at fighting a nuclear China, may not be fully operational, but its presence raises concerns among rational people. Furthermore, the people of Beijing appear to be steadfast and unafraid to respond to such forceful attacks.
