US is considering to send Navy warships to Black Sea

When I was watching this news on CNN I was a bit amazed because the Black Sea has become the hot topic of geopolitical discussion from last couple of years.
Russia's super aggressive policy towards Ukraine, the Crimea War, the Crimea Annexation and lastly Turkey’s success on finding natural gas reserve under black sea bed. And where there is gas, there will be oil,just sooner or later.

At this time, Turkey’s gas discovery is an imminent threat for Russia's 'gas diplomacy' towards European nations such as Germany, France, etc.
And now because of Russia's continues aggression against Ukraine is proliferating The United States is considering to send US Navy warships to black sea again to help out its allay against Moscow.
If US really sends its navy ships to Black Sea it will also be a headache for Turkey and as far as I am concerned Turkey may move its Navy and will alert air force.
Russian and Ukrainian Navy is there already. So, there is a possibility that these Navies will cause Black Sea blockade .
Notably when the Black Sea is warming up at phenomenal level US Navy is also engaged in South China Sea to defend aggressive Chinese Navy .

These naval activities are being played at the very time when the deadline of Lousanne Treaty is closing and Turkey is preparing themselves for their complete control over Bosporus Strait.
